Shared Service Arrangement Director Meeting

This session is for program and business contacts of districts who are members of the Shared Service Arrangement for either Title III or Migrant ESEA funds for which Region 6 ESC is the fiscal agent. Guidance will be given regarding required documentation and flow through fund reimbursement procedures.

Important Session Information:

Please attend this short session! Your district is a current member of Region 6 ESC Title III and/or Migrant SSA (shared service arrangement). Audience should include district level program contacts and business personnel involved in planning, budgeting and expending federal flow through funds for the Title III and migrant programs. Important documentation requirements, procedures and guidelines will be shared. ESC staff will share procedures for flow through expenditure reimbursement, the types of documentation needed to support expenditures, and requirements for job descriptions and time and effort that will need to be submitted prior to reimbursement . This session will be available to attend at the Education Service Center Region 6 in Huntsville, as well as via Distance Learning (DL) or mobile device. If you are planning to view via DL or mobile device indicate this during registration by selecting " Participate via Distance Learning". Registered participants can join 30 minutes before each session begins. Participants will not be allowed to join the session 15 minutes after the session begins.
