The highly mobile and students program division will provide updates, announcements, and trainings to ESCs and school district staff when applicable. The programs in the division will include Foster Care and Student Success, Mental and Behavioral Health, Military Connected Students, Migrant Education Program, and McKinney-Vento Texas Education for Homeless Children and Youth (TEHCY) Program.

This session is intended to be a webinar style presentation with participants connecting remotely. In order to view via DL, indicate this during registration by selecting "Participate via Distance Learning". Registered participants who are members of the Distance Learning Fee Service will receive the connection information the day prior to the event. Out of Region 6 registered participants will need to contact the IVC team at 936-435-8212 to verify your connection for Distance Learning or make prior arrangements with the session contact to attend this session on site. Webinar participants will not be allowed to join the session 15 minutes after the session begins.
