Assistive Technology Mini-Webinars
Visual Communication Systems

What is the process for selecting and implementing assistive technology (AT) for your students?  Most educators struggle with using AT and how to use it in providing meaningful classroom activities to our most impacted learners.  In addition, educators are finding it hard to attend all-day workshops, so Region 6 ESC has created mini-webinar sessions.  These mini-webinars focus on AT strategies, communication systems and devices that provide educators with the opportunity to design learning experiences with individual needs in mind.

Important Session Information:

Come and learn about assistive technology that is used to support students with communication needs.  This webinar will discuss a variety of low and mid tech tools and strategies that are used to support the communication needs of students with limited to no verbal abilities.
