Cross-Battery Assessment 101: Give Me Just the Basics Please!

This workshop will provide an overview in using and applying the principles of Cross-Battery Assessment (XBASS), including the use of the software which is designed to facilitate the process of analyzing assessment results. The workshop includes the theoretical basis for XBASS and the basic concepts. In addition, a case study will be presented which illustrates the application of XBASS and developing meaningful recommendations for the FIE.  This session is intended to support new XBASS users and provide a basic foundation for professionals who have not previously applied this method to the identification of Specific Learning Disability (SLD).  Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs) and anyone desiring to become Educational Diagnosticians are encouraged to attend this training.
