Food safety is extremely important in keeping students and school staff well and healthy. This course has been designed to keep your school nutrition facility safe and sanitary. During the training participants will be actively involved in learning the safety concepts in serving food safety and keeping your facility clean and free of harmful bacteria.

This is an online session led by an Instructor with 3 hours of instruction time. To participate, a computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a ZOOM link to join the session at least 24 hours prior to the session date. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure your email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Recommendation: check in at 8:45 am in order to begin at 9 am.
