This is a five part series with information regarding trauma sensitive treatment, including two sessions specifically supporting teachers and staff while they prepare to return to school and how to support our students during this transition.

The topics discussed during this web-based series include:

Important Session Information:


Session 1: Childhood Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
"What's Wrong with You? -OR- What Happened to You?" Understanding ACEx, the importance of
knowing your students' history of trauma, and how it relates to our approach and prevention. The
audience will have a "toolbox" of preventative strategies incorporating what this can look like during
distance learning.
