Trauma Sensitive Training for Special Educators
Session 5: Helping Students Cope After the COVID 19 Pandemic

This is a five part series with information regarding trauma sensitive treatment, including two sessions specifically supporting teachers and staff while they prepare to return to school and how to support our students during this transition.

The topics discussed during this web-based series include:

Session 5: Helping Students Cope After COVID-19
As our students return to school, educators should be aware of what to expect, what to look out for and what to do after a traumatic event. This session will cover the basic principles of returning to school and tips on helping students recover in a healthy way.
