Child Nutrition Virtual: CACFP Creditable Foods For Children and Adults




Participants will review and practice using the resources and tool available to determine if foods are creditable or not creditable in the CACFP for Children and Adults. The new CACFP Crediting Handbook will be introduced and reviewed as one of the tools in addition to the Food Buying Guide, Standardized Recipes, Nutrition Labels, CN Labels, and Product Formulation Statements.

This workshop will be held over ZOOM. Participants will have a two step registration process. Be sure to register in ESC works to receive credit hours and a certificate of completion. Once you register in ESC Works, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details on registering for the ZOOM event.
