Information:
This is an online session led by an Instructor with 3 hours of instruction time. To participate, a computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a ZOOM link to join the session 24 hours prior to the session date. Recommendation: check in at 8:45 am in order to begin at 9 am. Must be registered to allow access into the session.
