Participants will review best practices for the timing of meal service as well as identify the key elements of different meal service types and the requirements f each. In addition, participants will review and practice required meal documentation ncluding the required elements of a Meal Production Record.

This workshop will be held over ZOOM. Participants will have a two step registration process. Be sure to register in ESC Works to receive credit hours and a certificate of completion. Once you register in ESC Works, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details on registering for the ZOOM event.
