G/T Summer Symposium
Virtual Conference




Attendees will network and collaborate, discuss the latest research in gifted education, learn strategies to reach the unique needs of gifted students, and receive 6-hours of update credit!

Important Session Information:


Guest speaker Tanny McGregor will quench your thirst for a little summer fun! She is a well-known author, teacher, and literacy warrior. Her books include: Bridges to Strategic Reading, Genre Connections: Lessons to Launch Literacy and Nonfiction Texts, and her newest, Ink & Ideas: Sketchnotes for Engagement, Comprehension, and Thinking. In addition, we will share ideas and collaborate with other education professionals. Join us for this fun day AND earn your G/T Update credit! This is a virtual event utilizing the Zoom platform. Participants are not required to create a zoom account. A computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a Zoom link via email to join prior to the session. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure your email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Check-in is recommended 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of the event to allow entry into the session and check equipment.
