Overview of Title IX Compliance Issues

This training will provide districts with an overview of the new Title IX regulations which took effect August 14, 2020. In addition, we will discuss the next steps districts must take to adopt revised FFH and DIA (LOCAL) policies, how to meet website posting requirements, and what is involved in the administrative adoption of formal complaint procedures. This presentation qualifies as part of necessary training pursuant to the Title IX regulations.
