Sheltered Instruction in Math
Strategies for ELs and Struggling Learners




Are you ready to provide sheltered instruction strategies to engage your ELLs and ALL students in your math classroom? This language rich interactive workshop will be focused on mathematical processes that our students need to acquire and demonstrate mathematical understanding. Participants will be provided with hands-on and classroom ready activities that bridge concrete, pictorial, and abstract representations using research based mathematical mindset principles.

Important Session Information:


This session will be provided via Zoom. A link to access the training will be emailed to registered participants prior to the session.  Please check “My Account” on the ESC registration page to ensure your email address in our ESC6 system is correct and associated with your school district.  Arrangements will be made with participants to receive session materials.

You may cancel the workshop prior to the registration end date. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend will be responsible for paying costs associated with the training.
