Participants will practice identifying required elements for enrollment, Meal Production Records, and allowable costs. In addition, participants will evaluate scenarios in order to identify the ones that demonstrate the proper use of Offer-Versus-Serve Meal Service.
This workshop will be held over Zoom. Participants will have a two step registration process. Be sure
to register in ESC Works with a current email address to receive credit hours and a certificate of completion. Once you register in ESC Works, you will receive a confirmation email with details on registering for
the Zoom event. If you do not receive the
