This workshop provides participants with training in the administration of the Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing, Second Edition (CTOPP-2), Gray Oral Reading Test, Fifth Edition (GORT-5) and Test of Written Spelling, Fifth Edition (TWS-5). These instruments offer standardized measurements of phonological awareness skills, phonological memory and rapid naming skills. In addition the GORT-5 and TWS-5 provide reading fluency, comprehension and spelling standardized scores. All three assessments can be used to derive necessary data in order to complete an evaluation for dyslexia.
Assessment kits are not provided. All three assessments can be ordered through Pearson or Pro-Ed at an additional cost.
