Part 1: Introduction, Configuration and Ingredients - Professional Standard 1100




Menu Enhancement Nutrition Software, also known as MENU Module, is a nutritional analysis software. The Texas Department of Agriculture provides free access for Contracting Entities participating in the National School Lunch Program! Every district, and sometimes sites within districts, handle day-to-day food production differently. However, all districts must spend the time to calculate the nutritional value of each menu. MENU Module provides one login to store required documentation from inventory to production.


Important Session Information:


Join us for an introduction of MENU Module! Learn how to use the configuration tool to decide which site(s) to first implement the software. A MENU training environment is provided for participants to practice the input of ingredients. Participants should complete the Introductory Tool and view the Introductory Video of the MENU Module Pre-training section on squaremeals.org prior to attending. Target Audience: CN Directors/Supervisors and Managers This session is located at Region 6 ESC.
