Child Nutrition: Spice It Up!

This class will teach participants how to season foods without adding additional sodium to recipes. Food flavor will be enhanced without changing nutritional value.

Important Session Information:


Participants will learn the ideal daily intake of sodium and receive an understanding of the importance for reducing the level of sodium in our personal lives and school cafeterias. This is an online session led by an Instructor with 2 hours of instruction time. To participate, a computer setup must include internet capabilities. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link to join the session 24 hours prior to the session date. Check in 15 minutes early to begin the session on time.
