- Tips for handling investigations and writing the investigation report.
- Tips for decision-makers concerning the determination of responsibility, including handling a party’s written questions to other parties or witnesses and writing the written determination.
- Avoiding conflicts of interest and bias in the formal complaint process.
- The process for an appeal of the dismissal of a formal complaint or an appeal of the determination of responsibility.
