This class will provide the staff of the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program the fundamental meal pattern knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to run efficient and compliant programs.

Registered participants will receive a Zoom link to join the session 24 hours prior to the session date. Check in 15 minutes early to begin the session promptly on time.
