This session will offer program coordinators and administrators in Migrant Funded Districts the most recent guidelines and procedures for the Migrant Education Program established by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).

Important Session Information:


This month's Migrant Director and Service Coordinators Training for project districts is an addition to the first MEP Capacity Building Initiative (CBI) Training: Empowering Migratory Parents session, that was offered in October 2020. The purpose is to increase parent and family engagement awareness at the LEA level through resources and training materials provided to ESCs . This is a virtual event utilizing the Zoom platform. A computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a Zoom link via email to join prior to the session. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure your email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Check-in is recommended 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
