This course design is to focus on the financial guidance needed for Directors of small school districts. Join us to review the basics of food and labor costs and a couple of performance measurements to track those costs also known as Food Costing, Meal Equivalents and Meals per Labor Hour. The Program/Non-Program foods revenue calculations is another important financial responsibility to learn during this session. This is a virtual session with 2 hours of instruction time led by an Instructor. To participate, a computer setup must include internet capabilities. Participants must be registered to allow access to the session.
