This interactive virtual training is not only designed just for the interpreter but also for all school personnel on legal and best practice requirements for using an interpreter when interacting with families whose first language is not English.

Please note participants must attend both days to get credit for the session.

This is a virtual event utilizing the Zoom platform, participants are not required to create a zoom account. A computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a Zoom link via email to join prior to the session. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure  our email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Check-in is recommended 20-15 minutes prior to the start time of the event to allow entry into the session.
