This full- day session meets the requirement for Trauma Informed Schools Training.
(TEC 21.451 > H.B. 18, Sec. 1.05) In this session participants will learn what trauma is and who is affected, how we respond to stress, the impact of exposure to trauma on schools, and what this means for schools. Participants will have the opportunity to have meaningful discussion throughout the training and during brief activities. One hour lunch on your own.
