American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and Heartsaver Instructor Program is intended for any individual, currently certified in BLS, who wishes to become an instructor of BLS or Heartsaver AED classes. The AHA Instructor Course teaches the methods needed to effectively instruct others in resuscitation courses.
The course includes AHA teaching methodology, BLS provider techniques, effective instruction and communication techniques, document completion and compliance with AHA guidelines.
Must have current BLS for the Healthcare provider Certification.
