Setting up 8th Grade Social Studies for STAAR Success
How to Hack the STAAR-- LIVE!




Prepare for your upcoming classroom instruction. Do you need time for planning and reviewing social studies lessons? Do you need additional resources and strategies to ensure that your students retain information all year long?

In this social studies workshop, participants will:

  • Analyze the latest information about STAAR
  • Discuss how to spiral essential content throughout the year
  • Make a plan to ensure all TEKS are covered before STAAR

Participants will receive resources to assist  in identifying the most frequently tested items, spiral back to those standards, and creating a learning framework that will help all students be successful on the 8th Grade US History STAAR.
