Information:
This course design is to focus on the financial management of Child Nutrition Programs. Join us to review the basics of food and labor costs and performance measurement tools to track those costs also known as food costing, meal equivalents, and meals per labor hour. The USDA program/non-program foods revenue calculation and accurate completion of the USDA Financial Report are other important financial responsibilities to learn during this session. This is a virtual session with 3 hours of instruction time led by an Instructor. To participate, a computer setup must include internet capabilities. Participants must be registered to allow access to this session.
