Join Region 6 ESC as we welcome Dr. Ruby Owiny, one of the nation’s top experts in co-teaching. Her research, publications, and presentations have been used nationally and internationally to help schools become more inclusive through the use of collaborative teaching. In this webinar, Dr. Owiny will explore the concept of Specially Designed Instruction, including examples, resources, and strategies. This webinar will provide guidance for implementing SDI in a general education setting during co-teaching or collaborative support.

This is a virtual event utilizing the Zoom platform, participants are not required to create a zoom account. A computer set-up must include internet and camera capabilities. Participants will receive a Zoom link via email to join prior to the session. Check “My Account” on the registration page to ensure your email address in the ESC6 registration system is correct. Check-in is recommended 20-15 minutes prior to the start time of the event to allow entry into the session.
