This session is located at Region 6 ESC from 12 pm - 2 pm. MENU Modules 4-6 will be reviewed to learn the steps for creating recipes and menus within the system. Prior to attending, participants should complete the MENU Modules 1-3 Instructor-led class or view the MENU Modules 1-3 self-led training on squaremeals.org.
