Production and SchoolCafe - Part 3 - Professional Standards 1100




Menu Enhancement Nutrition Software, also known as MENU Module, is a nutritional analysis software. The Texas Department of Agriculture provides free access for Contracting Entities participating in the National School Lunch Program! Every district, and sometimes sites within districts, handle day-to-day food production differently. However, all districts must spend the time to calculate the nutritional value of each menu. MENU Module provides one login to store required documentation from inventory to production.


Important Session Information:


This session is located at Region 6 ESC from 2 pm - 4:00 pm. Join us for a review of MENU Modules 7-8. Learn how to incorporate menu cycles and food production records into production. Review the many benefits of SchoolCafe and how to implement for parents and students online access of menus and nutrition. This session is for Contracting Entities who have attended the MENU Modules 1-6 Instructor-led class or viewed the MENU Modules 1-6 self-led training on squaremeals.org.
