Region 6 ESC welcomes Cindy Moses from TCASE (Texas Council Administrators of Special Education) to present on the fiscal requirements of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) for special education. This presentation will focus on the financial side of MOE and will give insight to effective working partnerships business offices and their special education department.
This is an onsite event; presentation of information will be in the morning followed by a working lunch and opportunity to work directly with Cindy Moses on your district's MOE. Please have at least one district representative bring a device for generating/accessing financial reports.
