The Fall Leadership Workshop is a one day training for local FCCLA advisors and members where the connection to CTE will be made through this CTSO. Learn about the organization and basic information about being a dynamic advisor and local officer/member. Students will learn basic skills including public relations, project management, and basic leadership skills. Sessions for members to complete will cover STAR Events, CTE skill related assessment through FCSAs, and basic FCCLA information. During the training, current and/or potential advisors will learn what it takes to be a strong advisor and programs available to their chapter members. This will be a great way to begin planning your chapter’s 2022-23 Program of Work while members and advisors network and learn new information/skills. A fun and educational day is in store!
