The Mental Health Lunch and Learn series provides participants the opportunity to gain information and strategies to address a variety of mental health topics. This series includes 4 one hour (virtual) sessions on different topics related to mental health awareness and support.
Important Session Information:
During this one hour virtual session, participants will learn about statistics concerning youth suicide and common myths surrounding suicide. Participants will also learn to recognize warning signs and utilize steps to prevent suicide. Participants will be provided multiple resources to address suicide prevention and intervention at different levels.
