The Mental Health Lunch and Learn series provides participants the opportunity to gain information and strategies to address a variety of mental health topics. This series includes 4 one hour (virtual) sessions on different topics related to mental health awareness and support.
Important Session Information:
During this virtual session, participants will learn more about vicarious trauma and how it affects our daily lives at work and at home. Participants will also leave with realistic strategies for coping with vicarious trauma and resources for support.
