In the TEA MAA Blended Follow Up For Grade K-3, participants will:
- connect problem solving experiences and discourse strategies to deepen the content experienced in the original Mathematics Achievement Academy, Grade K-3;
- explore and apply the problem-solving model found in the TEKS as a tool to help students make sense of mathematics and to help the mathematics make sense to students; and
- explore and apply mathematical language routines to equip students to communicate their mathematical understanding with clarity.
- Experiences include face-to-face, job-embedded practice, and online community.
