Information:
This certification is sufficient for the 8 hr. Food Safety requirement for Child Nutrition Directors per USDA Professional Standards and for the Manager's Food Safety requirement per the State Health Department. Certifications are earned by participants who achieve 75% or higher on the test. We kindly request all registered participants make a commitment to attend or cancel registration within two weeks prior to the session dates. Registration is limited to twelve, participants on a waiting list will not attend unless we have a cancelation. This two-day session is located at Region 6 ESC on June 12 from 9 am – 4 pm and June 13 from 9-11 am followed by time for testing.
