This full day in person session is designed for secondary school counselors and supporting team members who enter data into transcripts.
Morning Half- We will take a look at which CCMR indicators are entered into PEIMS and collaborate on best practices for timeline of checking indicators with teachers and administrators.
Afternoon Half- We will examine transcripts and PGPs for CCMR information and identify 12th grade students who may still need a CCMR indicator before the end of the semester.
It is recommended that participants bring a few of their own student transcripts with identifying information removed to practice with support.
