Transition Services: Resources, Updates, and Collaboration
September Meeting




These transition services sessions will provide special education professionals the knowledge to implement quality transition services that are required as part of the Individual Education Program (IEP) for all students 14 years and older. The focus will be on evidence-based practices, collaboration, and networking.



Important Session Information:


For our September Meeting, Brynn Biggs will provide insight into the day-to-day practices of a transition specialist or transition employee designee, how to prepare for the 14-year transition ARD and the 16-year transition ARD, and how to carry out person-centered planning for our students.

Due to the interactive nature of this presentation, the only option for this training is onsite.
