Transition Services: Resources, Updates, and Collaboration
November Meeting




These transition services sessions will provide special education professionals the knowledge to implement quality transition services that are required as part of the Individual Education Program (IEP) for all students 14 years and older. The focus will be on evidence-based practices, collaboration, and networking.



Important Session Information:


For our November Meeting, Brynn Biggs will train on how to complete a summary of performance (SOP) and how to assist 18+ students with job training. An additional topic for the day will be how to assist our students with navigating college-level disability services.

Due to the interactive nature of this presentation, the only option for this training is onsite.
