The goal of this training is to ensure that special education evaluators and personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement culturally and linguistically appropriate evaluations from the referral process to the full and individual evaluation.

Dr. Corinna Cole will guide special education personnel on best practices for effectively evaluating culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) students. The training will give insight into the importance of addressing language and culture in the full and individual evaluation (FIE).
