In this session, participants will review 3-5 instructional strategies representing the most significant changes needed to bridge the gap between research and practice to significantly increase the number of students in Texas who have access to High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has developed these Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) to articulate the vital instructional shifts necessary to bring grade-appropriate assignments to life for students. This session is the core component across various TEA initiatives and grant opportunities.
