In this session, Bilingual/Dual Language teachers will focus on how to use prefixes, suffixes and roots that are common to both English and Spanish to build vocabulary, comprehension and spelling skills in bilingual students. Teachers will learn how to use graphic organizers, games, and word building activities to increase vocabulary skills in English and Spanish.
You will receive a survey about two weeks after the session, upon completion of the survey, a certificate of attendance and CPE credits will be awarded.
