Youth Mental Health First Aid (Zoom)




Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth.  This will be taught virtually.  Once registered, you will receive an email with Pre-Work.  It is self paced and must be completed PRIOR to the virtual portion of the class.  The virtual portion is taught via zoom and lasts 4 hours.  YMHFA satisfies HB18 mandates for school staff professional development requirements in the area of Mental Health..


IMPORTANT:  Participants MUST register 3 Weeks BEFORE the scheduled course  in order to be added to the course.
