Join us for a session centered around Whitney La Rocca & Jeff Anderson's book Patters of Wonder: Inviting Emergent Writers to Play with the Conventions of Language. In this session we will take a look at how we encourage young, emergent writers to notice the conventions of language and begin to use them with an inquiry-based approach to instructional grammar.
This session is appropriate for PK - 1st grade classrooms.
