Instructional Strategies that Foster Student Collaboration in Science

In this session, educators will discover ways to ramp up vocabulary development, formative assessment, and student collaboration in the classroom. We’ll learn from Dr. Suzy Pepper Rollins (and her book: Learning in the Fast Lane) how to increase student achievement through building vocabulary skills, using formative assessments, and fostering collaboration among students. Come and learn how these strategies can put students in the fast lane of learning!
