Advanced Word Work for Vocabulary, Spelling and Comprehension

In this session we will explore how to leverage morphology to increase students' comprehension and vocabulary. Topics include, prefixes, suffixes, Latin & Greek roots, the interrelatedness of words, and how morphology and etymology impact spelling. Concepts will be taught using hands on, multisensory activities that can easily be implemented in the classroom.
