Transition Services: Resources, Updates, and Collaboration
November Meeting




These transition services sessions will provide special education professionals the knowledge to implement quality transition services that are required as part of the Individual Education Program (IEP) for all students 14 years and older. The focus will be on evidence-based practices, collaboration, and networking.



Important Session Information:


For our November Meeting, Dr. Vickie Mitchell will go into depth about the postsecondary educational opportunities for all our students with disabilities and how educators can prepare our students for success.

The audience for this session is not only transition specialists but teachers, case managers, counselors, and diagnosticians.

Due to the interactive nature of this presentation, the only option for this training is onsite.
