Transition Services: Resources, Updates, and Collaboration
January Meeting




These transition services sessions will provide special education professionals the knowledge to implement quality transition services that are required as part of the Individual Education Program (IEP) for all students 14 years and older. The focus will be on evidence-based practices, collaboration, and networking.



Important Session Information:


For our January Meeting, our focus will be on how to connect families and students to agency supports with Dr. Vickie Mitchell presenting. This virtual meeting goes beyond district transition specialist and is applicable to special education teacher case managers, counselors, and diagnosticians/school psychologists.  

 

Participants will receive a Zoom link on via email the day before the session. Therefore, ensure that your email address in your ESC6 registration system is correct.
