How to Build a Model Lesson




Team Toolbox is a series of webinars designed to provide teachers with resources and time to build professional connections with colleagues who work directly with students who have significant academic and functional support needs. All are welcome to join this resourceful and collaborative community!

Important Session Information:


In this session we will explore examples of model lessons. Do your lessons incorporate accommodations? Do they include hands-on activities? Are they aligned to grade-level TEKS? Together we will explore strategies to incorporate student interests and individualization in lessons, while still meeting state and federal level expectations like aligning with grade level standards and incorporating IEP components.
