TEAM CTE Professional Development Series
Uniting CTE and Special Ed for Student Success




"Team CTE” is a playbook of Career Technical Education (CTE) sessions that will put your team in the end zone. Sessions are designed to empower all players in a CTE program by enhancing student engagement in programs of study and community involvement. In addition, Team CTE will provide training in CCMR (college, career and military readiness) accountability, program of studies, funding and much more so your team can build a strong offense to keep the ball moving forward. We encourage your team to look at our plays and find sessions that fit the needs of your own district's playbook.

Important Session Information:


This professional development session is tailored for CTE (Career and Technical Education) and special education administrative teams who are dedicated to creating inclusive educational environments. Gather your key players, collaborate with colleagues, and gain insights and best practices for promoting equity and access for all learners. The session will offer valuable insights and practical strategies for effective collaboration to ensure that students with disabilities have appropriate and meaningful access to CTE classes. By the end of the session, teams will have the knowledge, skills, and additional resources to enhance collaboration and help students with disabilities thrive in CTE classes while working towards their postsecondary goals.
