Essentials for Transition Planning
Coordinated Set of Activities

This transition training session aims to give educators the information and tools needed to conduct an effective coordinated set of activities. The training will provide Texas educators with information to develop the necessary transition services to facilitate the student’s movement from school to adult life. Whether new or experienced at creating a coordinated set of activities, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition tool kit.

Important Session Information:

This Coordinated Set of Activities training will be divided into two parts:

First, Dr. Suzanne Jones will present the Coordinated Set of Activities training created by the Student-Centered Transition Network in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency.

Second, Dr. Vickie Mitchell will provide participants with additional information on how to implement a coordinated set of activities to ensure effective transition services.

The Zoom platform will be used for this event. Participants will receive a Zoom link the day before the event. Therefore, ensure that your email address in your ESC6 registration system is correct.
